Cooking Details

- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Pat the Hudson Valley Farms Chicken dry, season as desired, and truss if preferred.
- Place the chicken in a roasting pan, breast side up, and roast for ~20 minutes per pound or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) in the thickest part of the thigh. Basting every 30 minutes enhances moisture.
